1. Chinese medicine products only delivery on order in Hong Kong.
  2. Free Delivery to Hong Kong on orders over HK$ 400. （Including Commercial , Industrial address and residential address or SF Express self-pickup service).
  3. For orders under HK$400, a delivery fee of HK$30 per order shall apply. (An additional charge $30 applies for delivered in an extended area or remote districts.)
  4. Please collect your order at the SF Express pick-up point within the time limit. It will only keep an order for maximum 3 days upon its arrival. However, need to contact SF Express to rearrangements.
  5. We endeavour to ship within 7 working days upon receipt of a Confirmed Order.
    However, this is subject to stock availability.
  6. We will process your Confirmed Order as soon as we receive them, but please note that we are unable to guarantee delivery time as during public holiday or typhoon .
  7. We are using SF EXPRESS to deliver the parcel for the orders. The delivery time will be during office hour.
